The Victims’ Rights Commissioner tendered a Community Impact Statement during the sentencing of Jacob Donald Walsh in the District Court in Adelaide.
Ms Bronwyn Killmier said the tendering of a Community Impact Statement was an important part of the process, and used it to remind the Court that offences of these nature were far from victimless crimes.
